There are 2 ways you can look up and verify an eCard.
1. Verify an AHA eCard
– This is where students and employers can go to look up and verify an eCard.
– Students and employers cannot look up an eCard unless the student has claimed their card via the email they received from the AHA.
2. AHA Instructor Network > My Cards
– Search eCards. You can use specific information like their name, email, or date they took the class to look up their eCard. Only one field has to be filled out to search so we recommend just using one name OR the date of class.
– eCard Status. This shows you a log of all your classes and all the students in that class. In the “Status” column, you will be able to see if the card was “Emailed” or “Claimed”.
– Resend eCards. The training center sends out eCards but instructors are able to resend them as needed. On the far right you will see a column titled ‘Resend eCard?’ Click that button to resend. If an email needs to be updated please let us know.
